The Person Behind The Service

My name is Antonia, known professionally as Tania. For many years I worked at the front desk of hotels in Palma de Mallorca — welcoming guests, solving problems, and learning the island in a way that only comes from years of daily contact with it.

During those years I watched something happen repeatedly. International patients would arrive — alone, often days after a procedure, sometimes still in pain — and find themselves navigating a system that was not designed with them in mind. Their clinic was excellent. Their hotel was comfortable. But no one was there to bridge the gap between the two.

I began helping informally. A translation here, a taxi arranged there, a pharmacist called on someone's behalf. The gratitude I received was disproportionate to the effort — which told me the need was real and the gap was large.

Mallorca Health Concierge is the formalisation of that instinct. A service built on discretion, genuine care, and the kind of local knowledge that only comes from living here — not visiting.
