The website and Mallorca Health Concierge project are owned by Tidiane Keita as a natural person and are currently in project validation. The final legal form has not yet been chosen. Any paid engagement is subject to written confirmation and prior compliance with the applicable legal and registration requirements.

Mallorca Health Concierge is an independent, paid, strictly non-clinical healthcare coordination and support service for international visitors in Mallorca. Its activities include: guidance on the local private healthcare system, administrative and logistical support, accompaniment to private medical appointments, language assistance during consultations, and coordination with accommodation and transport providers related to healthcare.

Mallorca Health Concierge does not, under any circumstances, provide the following: medical diagnosis, prescription or treatment recommendations, interpretation of clinical results or diagnostic tests, nursing care, emergency or urgent medical care, or any other regulated healthcare service. In a medical emergency, call 112.

The engagement process begins with an enquiry submitted through the website contact form or by email. On receipt of your request, Mallorca Health Concierge will send you an individual proposal setting out the specific scope of the service, the applicable fees and any particular conditions.

A binding agreement is formed only when both parties confirm acceptance of the individual proposal in writing. These general terms apply on a supplementary basis to matters not covered by that proposal.

Important: please do not send medical reports, diagnoses, test results, clinical images or any other health data through the contact form, by email or via WhatsApp at the initial enquiry stage.

Service fees are set out in the individual proposal sent to the client before engagement. Payment terms, timelines and any cancellation or refund policy applicable to each assignment are detailed in that proposal.

In the absence of an express agreement to the contrary in the proposal, any cancellation must be communicated in writing to [email protected]. Refund conditions will depend on the work already carried out at the time of cancellation.

The client agrees to: provide accurate and sufficient information for the service to be delivered; communicate any relevant changes that may affect the agreed coordination; not request Mallorca Health Concierge to carry out activities that fall outside the non-clinical scope of the service; and pay the agreed fees within the agreed timelines.

Mallorca Health Concierge acts as an independent coordinator and may put clients in contact with private healthcare providers, accommodation or transport companies. These providers are independent entities and Mallorca Health Concierge accepts no liability for the quality, availability or outcome of their services.

Mallorca Health Concierge does not receive referral fees, commissions or any other financial consideration from the providers to whom it refers clients. Independence is a core principle of the service.

Mallorca Health Concierge does not guarantee the availability of any particular healthcare provider, specialist, clinic or service, nor the outcome of any medical consultation, treatment or procedure. Clinical outcomes depend entirely on the healthcare professionals involved and on each patient's individual circumstances.

Mallorca Health Concierge is liable only for direct damages caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence in the delivery of its coordination services, to the extent provided by applicable Spanish law. Indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or damages arising from the acts of third-party providers are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited under Spanish consumer protection law.

All website content and materials delivered to the client in connection with the service are the property of Tidiane Keita or of third parties who have authorised their use. Reproduction, distribution or public communication without express written authorisation is prohibited.

The processing of personal data provided in connection with an enquiry or engagement is governed by the Mallorca Health Concierge Privacy Policy, available on this website.

Mallorca Health Concierge reserves the right to update these general terms to reflect changes in applicable law or in the services provided. The current version will always be available on this website. Changes will not affect agreements already concluded.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain, with both parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, to the extent permitted by Spanish consumer protection law.
